Van Details:
- Maximum passengers per van: 14
- Maximum number of vans: 4
- Advance notice required for reservation: 12 hours
- Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice required, otherwise a one hour booking is charged ($250.00)
- Cost: $250 per van for the first hour, $200 each subsequent hour. One Hour minimum.
- Time and distance over each hourly increment cost is $3.33 per min.

FAQs
Are the vans pet and bike friendly?
Yes, the vans are pet-friendly. However, we advise against bikes as we do not have bike racks for the vans. Whether a bike can be accommodated would depend on the number of passengers in the van.
How far in advance can I book a van?
The vans can be booked up to a year in advance by calling us at (828-333-1976) or emailing us at info@avltaxi.com to initiate the booking process. While you can reserve a van using the app, this option is only available for the next 7 days.
What is your service area for the vans?
We cover the entire Asheville-metro area including the Asheville airport.
In addition, we also serve the following venues:
Lake Lure, High Hampton, Wade Hampton, Sapphire Valley, Black Balsam, Mountain Top, Old Edwards, Grove Park Inn, and Biltmore. Booking & Availability
Van reservations require at least 12 hours advance notice — same-day van bookings are not usually available, though you are welcome to contact us and check. We have up to 4 vans available, so for very large events we may be able to utilize multiple vehicles.
